Competition Terms and Conditions

1. This is a legitimate private (promotional competition) as defined in the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and elsewhere, and is not connected to any government or official lottery.
2. In order to enter, applicants need to LIKE the Facebook post, SHARE the post and TAG a friend to stand a chance to WIN a bicycle frame makeover worth R5000. No repairs of broken parts, purely reskinning. Competition valid from 11 July – 12 August 2023.
3. Entrants must be over 18 years old and a resident in South Africa.
4. Employees, suppliers, family members of the sponsor and other prohibited people may not enter.
5. The results of the competition will be based on a random draw.
6. The closing date for the draw is midnight on the 12 August 2023. The winners will be notified within 7 days of the closing date.
7. Prize winners will be notified via Facebook or via phone or email. Should a winner be unreachable within 7 days, a redraw will take place.
8. Prize winners will need to redeem their prize at Custom Creations Motorcycle Works.
9. Incomplete or incorrect submission of details will render the entry null and void.
10. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
11. The judges’ decision is final.
